The Verona real estate market, which has been a tight sellers market since the recession ended, has been even tighter in the last few weeks. This weekend, however, there’s a bit of an uptick, with five new listings that include three single-family homes and one two-family. There are also  10 open houses and two listings with lower prices.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

NEW LISTINGS
2 Claridge Drive #5KE: 2 bed, 2 bath condo in full service high-rise building. Updated kitchen, 3 walk-ins. $430,000.
13 Malvern Place: 3 beds, 2 baths. Two-family with 2-car garage. $445,000.
11 Franklin Street: 3 beds, 2 baths. Deck, patio, refinished floors. $449,900. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.
19 Otsego Road: 4 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Central air, fenced yard near Laning Avenue School. $480,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 3 p.m.
33 Cliff Street: 3 beds, 2 baths. Large eat-in kitchen, finished basement. $569,000.
