The Verona Police Department sent out a Nixle alert the morning to advise that there was been a water main creak on Park Avenue between Sunset Avenue and Randolph Place on the Brookdale side of town.
Park is closed between those two streets, which means that you’ll have to detour through Verona Park or the Wayland section. The VPD says the water main break may cause water discoloration in the area. No word on when it is likely to be fixed.
