Mrs. Adelina Marrese, 92, died on July 7, 2016 at the home of her daughter. A funeral mass will be offered in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona on Monday, July 11 at 10 a.m. Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m.
Born in Forenza, Italy, Mrs. Marrese lived in Verona prior to moving to Bloomfield seven years ago.
She was a seamstress in the Essex County area for many years.
Mrs. Marrese was predeceased by her husband, Antonio, and her daughter Antoinette. She is survived by her children, Maria Cabrera, Michael Marrese (and his wife, Patricia) and Victor Marrese (and his wife, Judy), four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
