Community Church Observes EMS Week

MyVeronaNJ-AmbulanceIn observance of national EMS Week, Community Church honors emergency medical service workers and volunteers on May 15 at 10 a.m. during the worship service. The congregation in its history has included members of the Cedar Grove Ambulance and Rescue Squad, the Verona Rescue Squad, and other local organizations.

During the fellowship coffee hour, there will some EMS exhibits and demonstrations, including the AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), where it is, and how to use it in an emergency for both adult and pediatric patients.
