A Drizzle Of New Listings

cats-umbrellaThe rain looks like it might let up a bit this weekend, but it also looks as if the nearly month-long deluge of new listings and open houses in Verona real estate is easing too. There are just three new listings and no open houses tomorrow. What we have, in their place, are a few more properties with newly lowered prices.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

NEW LISTINGS
81 Franklin Street: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Cape, being sold as is. $315,000.
36 Floyd Road: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Open floor plan, newer kitchen, finished basement. $449,000.
37 Wayland Drive: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Near golf course. $450,000.

PRICE CHANGES

1 Claridge Drive #110: 1 bed, 1 bath condo in full service high-rise building. Cut $7,000 to $172,000.
349 Bloomfield Avenue: 2 bed, 1 bath condo. Near NYC bus. Cut $10,900 to $199,000.
2 Claridge Drive #10IE: 1 bed, 1 1/2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Washer/dryer in unit. Cut $17,000 to $238,000.
74 Franklin Street: 3 beds, 2 full baths. Totally renovated. New heat, central air. Cut another $20,500 to $409,000.
18 E. Lincoln Street: 7 beds, 5 baths. Eat-in kitchen, finished family room in basement. Cut another $20,000 to $579,000.
