Yes, we know that most people move to communities like Verona for their single-family homes. But there are other options. There are a fair number of rentals (and more on the way), and a large number of condominiums in high-rises with Manhattan-style amenities and garden apartment settings.

We mention this because, this weekend, six of the 11 new  listings in Verona real estate are for condos. Meanwhile, there are two new additions to the high end of our local listings. The are also two million-dollar properties among the nine open houses scheduled for tomorrow. If you are looking to save some money, five listings have lower prices this weekend.
