One other thing of note this weekend: There are six listings with price adjustments. Five have been lowered but one has actually been raised by $25,000.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

8 Cypress Avenue: 4 beds, 1/1/2 baths. Split-level with renovated kitchen, central air. $519,900.
98 Pease Avenue: 4 beds, 1 bath. Three more rooms and bath possible in walk-up attic. $529,000.
90 South Prospect Street: 4 beds, 3 baths. Fully renovated Colonial, central air. $629,000.
30 Howell Drive: 5 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Spacious contemporary with open floor plan, deck. $825,000.
10 Summit Road: 6 beds, 4 full and 2 half baths. Master suite with terrace. Finished basement with mahogany bar. $1,499,000.
