It looks as if there’s no such thing as a light weekend in Verona real estate any more. Even though it’s Easter, there are seven new listings to consider, ranging from a clutch of condos in the Claridge towers to three single-family homes. But there’s only one open house to view, and it’s going to be today (Saturday) instead of the usual Sunday showing. There’s also one property with a price adjustment.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

1 Claridge Drive #311: 3 bds, 2 1/2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Large rooms, open floor plan. $325,000.
178 Woodland Avenue: 3 beds 1 1/2 baths. Updated kitchen, baths. $384,900.
17 Chestnut Road: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Eat-in kitchen, finished basement. $539,900.

Open Houses
46 Ann Street: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Split level. Sliders open to large deck. $429,900. Open house Saturday, 2 to 4:30 p.m.

Price Changes
2 Claridge Drive Apt. 5AW:  1 bed, 1  1/2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Assigned parking. Cut $23,000 to $269,000.
