Dr. Seuss Read Across AmericaCelebrate Dr. Seuss at the Verona Public Library! Every March, the National Education Association promotes “Read Across America.” This annual reading motivation and awareness program calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on (or around) the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss. The goal is to keep kids excited about reading 365 days a year.

The Verona Public Library will do its part a little early with a lively Dr. Seuss program featuring local favorite, Polka Dot (A.K.A. Ron Albanese). Kids of all ages are invited to celebrate with great stories and songs on Saturday, February 27, at 11 a.m.
