21OtsegoIn September 2014, 21 Otsego Road came on the market needing a complete gut renovation. It had just three bedrooms and one bathroom, but sat on a large flat yard. Listed at $239,000 it sold quickly, public records show, for $267,000.

The home, which is located steps from Laning Avenue Elementary school, got its transformation and it is back on the market this weekend. There’s one more bedroom and a lot more bathrooms, a new front porch and back deck, and new everything else in between. And the price has had a renovation too: It’s now $699,000.
