The Verona United Soccer Club U12 Devils finished the fall 2015 season undefeated, taking first place in the Northern Counties Soccer Association.
From their first win in September to their last win in November, the team demonstrated remarkable teamwork and determination and continuous improvement. The Devil’s impressive offense scored 56 goals, while the strong defense allowed just 18 goals. The team’s positive spirit and amazing hard work made them unbeatable.
Team members include Emma Zalewski, Grace Madigan, Ella Mathewson, Abigail Cleary, Alana Holton, Natalie Romanyshyn, Emily Bosco, Amelia Koellhofer, Meghan Gallagher, Jessica Day, Nathalie DeLeon, and Karen Andre. Parent coaches Brian Madigan and Paul Mathewson, along with Red Bulls trainer Ariana Ruela, led the team through their third extraordinary season.
