With Halloween quickly approaching, 16 scouts and their siblings and parents braved more than just the elements during their overnight camping trip in Blairstown.

Millions of horror movie fans and film buffs might recognize the spooky “Crystal Lake” campsite from the original Friday the 13th movie, but these scouts were immune to the fictitious horror. At Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco, the officially named Price Cabin overlooking Sand Pond was home base for the weekend. Scouts and siblings carved their own pumpkins and enjoyed a Halloween themed party in addition to activities like fishing, archery and BB range. A campfire Saturday night wrapped up an exciting day.
