The Verona Public Library is offering a four-week course on the art of quilling, or paper filigree. This technique involves manipulating strips of paper to create shapes that can be used to decorate greeting cards, books, or anything else that your imagination can conjure.
The class will be led by a master of the art form at 2 p.m. on Tuesday afternoons from July 21 through August 11, 2015. The technique will be explained and projects proposed. Supplies will be provided, so registration is required. Please call the Library at 973-857-4848 or stop in the Reference Room to sign up.
