kids-booksThe Friends of the Verona Public Library are seeking donations of gently used books for their upcoming book sale at the Verona Community Pool on Saturday, June 27. The Friends appreciate all book donations but are most in need of children’s fiction and non fiction books for children ages kindergarten through high school. DVDs and CDs are also accepted.

Donations can be dropped off at the Verona Public Library, located at 17 Gould Street, during normal business hours, which are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sundays, 2 to 5 p.m. Please let the front desk staff know that you have a donation, and they will direct you to the storage room on the lower level where they can be dropped off. In addition, please do not leave books on the Library front steps.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to volunteer for the Friends, feel free to email [email protected], or call the Library at 973-857-4848. The Friends thanks the community for your continued support.
