Real Estate Blossoms In May

Last month was the best April in Verona real estate in a decade, and May looks as if it could be one for the record books too. There are 10 new listings this weekend, and most of them are single-family homes. But that turnout is topped by the 12 open houses that you can tour tomorrow, with prices from $328,000 to $895,000.

And we’d be remiss if we didn’t point out one very significant price cut as well: the price on 70 Fairview Avenue, the seven-bedroom Victorian built for prominent 19th-century industrialist Henry Ahlborn has been cut $50,00 to $699,000.
