Machnowski Wins State Bike Championship

DCIM100GOPRONina Machnowski won the Middle School-Women’s Open NJ State Championship on Saturday morning in the Parker Road Preserve in Chester, N.J. All proceeds from the event benefit the Chester First Aid Squad. The event was run by Team Bulldog.

It took her 49 minutes to do the six laps on a rocky single track course. Nina finished shortly after Ethan Huggins from Team Town Cycle, who took first place in the Middle School class Men’s A division.

When asked how she does it, Machnowski said, “Put down your electronics and go ride your bike. You’ll make a lot of new friends.”DCIM100GOPRO
