As part of the Pinwheels for Prevention campaign during Child Abuse Prevention Month, the Junior Woman’s Club of Verona recently planted a pinwheel garden outside the Verona Police Department. In May, the Juniors will continue to maintain a “cyber” garden via their website. Anyone who would like to sponsor a pinwheel may do so by visiting www.veronajuniors.org. One hundred percent of the proceeds from this initiative will benefit Prevent Child Abuse-New Jersey.
