Our Lady of the Lake parish is celebrating its 90th Anniversary. As a permanent rememberance on the OLL grounds, the church has launched a campaign to create a memorial brick walkway by the ramp door entrance.
“We as members of Our Lady of the Lake Parish Family are the living stones on which our parish is built,” the project’s organizers said in an email. “We celebrate the sacraments, grow in our spirituality, educate ourselves and our children, serve the less fortunate, and work daily to bring about the kingdom of God.”
To participate in what the church is calling the Walk of Faith, you can order an inscribed brick online. The cost is $90 for a 4X8 paver with three lines of 20 characters or $150 for an 8X8 paver with six lines of 20 characters. The church will also be taking orders on April 25 and 26 after all the masses, and again on May 2 and 3.
