There are eight new listings in Verona under all that snow.

In both weather and real estate, March is coming in like a lion. While Mother Nature was busy dumping eight inches of snow on Verona this week, realtors were busy adding eight listings to the Verona real estate market. Three of the new listings are near the top of Fairway Avenue, a street that winds up the ridge on the western side of Verona. Which means, of course that you will have a perfect view of all the snow that falls here.

Speaking of falling, there are six listings with lower prices this weekend, and three of the properties are on their second round of price cuts. We haven’t seen this many prices cuts here in a while.
