The Spotlight Players have added a Saturday matinee performance of the VHS spring musical Legally Blonde. The new performance will be at 2 p.m. in the Verona High School auditorium.
While Thursday’s opening night was cancelled by the snow day closure of Verona’s schools, the show will be performed as scheduled on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m. Tickets at the door are $8 for students and senior citizens, and $10 adults.
The cast features Mia Corbett as Elle Woods and Gabe Ricitelli as Emmett, as well as Chloe Christen as Brooke Wyndham, Colin Vega as Warner, Jessica Karpinski as Vivienne, Patrick Citrano as Callahan, Carina Mitchell as Paulette and Katie Fernandez, Arianne Valderrama, Anna Shea and Alana Murphy as Elle’s loyal Delta Nu sisters. There are 31 VHS students on stage and behind the scenes, and another 10 in the show’s pit band.
