We hate to say it, but there’s not a lot to love in Verona real estate this weekend. Don’t get us wrong: There are lots of lovely single-family homes and condos here, but almost none of them are on the market. According to an analysis by Rhodes Van Note & Co., there were only 42 active listings in Verona as of February 11. That’s down from 67 active listings in January, in no small part because 12 properties went under contract.

Here’s what’s happening in each category this weekend, from lowest priced to highest:
