There’s a new listing in Verona real estate this weekend with a million-dollar price: $1,295,000 to be exact. There’s an open house for another that’s listed at $1,075,000.

But there are three other homes of note this weekend that might get a million-dollar label because of their matchless views. Two are new listings on high floors in the Claridge towers on the east side of Verona, and one can be had for just $159,000. 83 Fairway Avenue is pitched on a switchback on Verona’s western ridge and from it, you can get a pretty expansive vista of West Orange and the fairways at the Montclair Golf Club. It comes with one other bonus: A price that has been dropped again, this time to $559,000, and you can tour it on an open house on Sunday.
