After last weekend’s blowout for Verona real estate, it’s perhaps not surprising that there is only one new listing this weekend. Instead, we’ve got four open houses and, perhaps more surprisingly, four homes with newly lowered prices.

We haven’t seen many price cuts in the past year as the Verona real estate market strengthened from the recession. Overall prices rose 11% from 2013, leaving Verona just 5% below the market’s 2006 peak. So are these price changes a sign of what former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan might have called “irrational exuberance” or are they a minor correction on the way to a full recovery? We’ll be watching.

Here’s what’s happening in Verona real estate, from lowest priced to highest in each category.
