The local choir, Verona Voices, is pleased to invite you to its Winter Concert on Friday, December 12 at Verona High School. The concert starts at 8 p.m.
Selections for the season include Christmas and Hanukkah songs, winter songs, even a comedic piece (“Cold and Fugue Season”). Musical styles range from Boogie, Contemporary Baroque to an Irving Berlin medley. Denise Bastanza will return as director and Helga Bartus as accompanist. The group attracts members from Verona and nearby towns, but some come from as far away as Clifton and Roseland.
