Yes, every week that goes by puts the recession farther and farther behind us. But if you are still house hunting on a tight budget, you might be happy to see what’s new to the Verona real estate market this weekend. Six homes have been listed for less than $400,000, four of which are single-family properties. Some are touting their ability to be expanded up, down or out, but prospective buyers could see them as quite fine just the way they are.

There are also nine open houses, but only one property with a price adjustment. Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest.
