If you thought the only downpour headed our way this weekend was going to be in the form of rain, think again: There are 10 new listings on the Verona real estate market. You can pick something small, like a one-bed condo or a starter two-bedroom. But there are also two new listings for single-family homes with five bedrooms or more. And there are almost as many open houses this weekend as there are new listings, although thankfully they will be on Sunday when the weather should be drier again.
And there may be a few signs that the Verona real estate market got a bit ahead of itself in recent weeks. Six homes have lower prices this weekend, including a Claridge penthouse.
