BloomfieldAveMapThere will be an open house to discuss Rutgers University’s ideas for improving Bloomfield Avenue on Thursday, June 26, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Bloomfield College.

Rutgers has been conducting a survey for the so-called Bloomfield Avenue Complete Corridor Plan, which looks at how the road is used from Bloomfield to Verona by pedestrians, cyclists, commuters and businesses. If you use the road or you live or work in a town along Bloomfield Avenue, the open house is a chance for you to view the plan, ask questions, and give your own input.

The event will take place in Bloomfield College’s College Hall, Room 016, which is at the corner of Liberty and Spruce streets in Bloomfield.

For more information and to participate in the project survey, visit Together North Jersey: www.togethernorthjersey.com/bloomfieldave.
