A dumpster and an excavator moved into position in the IHOP lot yesterday and demolition is likely to start on Monday. But don’t get too happy just yet: There’s still no redevelopment plan on file for the site.

I remember when the prior building was tore down to build the pancake house. I think it was some sort of auto repair garage. I was quite young at the time. Does anyone else remember that business?
