Diane Callari- Sweet Korean BBQ
I made the Sweet Korean BBQ today. Â I used a boneless beef chuck roast which was a little over 3 lbs. Â I cooked it on low in the slow cooker for 7 hours. Â It really came out delicious. Â I’ve never had korean bbq before. I do like slow cooked meats. Â We make a lot of pot roast and corned beef in our house. Â The sauce had the right amount of sweetness. Â The directions said to only use the sauce. Â I typically add things to premade sauces like onions, etc.. It really didn’t need it. Â I would definitely make it again.
