I made the Sweet Korean BBQ today.  I used a boneless beef chuck roast which was a little over 3 lbs.  I cooked it on low in the slow cooker for 7 hours.  It really came out delicious.  I’ve never had korean bbq before. I do like slow cooked meats.  We make a lot of pot roast and corned beef in our house.  The sauce had the right amount of sweetness.  The directions said to only use the sauce.  I typically add things to premade sauces like onions, etc.. It really didn’t need it.  I would definitely make it again.
