Under all the snow in Verona there are homes, and amazingly enough, quite a few of them have gone on the market this week.

There are eight new listings, three open houses and one listing with a price change. But if any of these homes interest you, you’d be well-advised to get your boots on and go see them immediately: The average Verona home was on the market for 15.3% fewer days in 2013 than 2012, and that trend shows no sign of abating.
