    Expression Through movement-
Maureen Glennon, a founding member of WINGS, will present an evening of healing movement and dance. Maureen, a breast cancer survivor, strongly believes that movement is good medicine and exploring one’s thoughts and emotions allows healing to happen.
Her workshop will consist of a gentle warm-up and then develop into a class using gesture and movement. The workshop will conclude with a dance performance by moe-tion dance theater.
