Chef Teaches Healthy Eating To Benefit Lupus Foundation

healthy-foodLenny Andriuzzi, a Verona resident who runs the Lupus Foundation of America’s New Jersey Chapter, has let us know that the organization will be sponsoring a demonstration of healthy cooking in January,

On Sunday, January 12, Chef Nikko will show how to will prepare three healthy and easy to prepare meals. The demonstration is presented by and for the benefit of the Lupus Foundation of America, New Jersey Chapter, at the Women’s Club of Little Falls, 93 Prospect Street in Little Falls, from 2 to 6 p.m. The cost is $35 per person and seating is limited. Chef Nikko is a graduate of Montclair High School, as well as a culinary school in New York City. He has been a chef for more than 16 years and concentrates on natural, vegetarian and herbal cuisine. If you win the door prize–tickets are $10–Chef Nikko will come to your house and prepare a meal for you and three of your closest friends.
