The food news site Grub Street is reporting that Floyd Cardoz, the Verona resident who is the chef and partner of Manhattan’s North End Grill, has announced plans to write a new cookbook.
Called The Time to Cook, the site says it as aspires to “teach the home cook to plan meals based on the time and situation.” Cardoz’s first cookbook One Spice, Two Spice: American Food, Indian Flavors was based on food at his first restaurant, Tabla.
