Senior Walt Brandt has been chosen for the 2013 All State Soccer Team and will be honored by the Soccer Coaches Association of NJ (SCANJ).
He will represent Verona High School Soccer at the 45th annual All State Banquet on Sunday January 12, 2014 at the Pines Manor in Edison. He will also be invited to play in an All Star game in February. Brandt, who wore #5 for Verona, was chosen from the North II Region which includes Group 1 through 4 high school soccer programs. A senior at VHS, Brandt played center fullback and was captain of the varsity Hillbillies this past season.
