Verona’s Ariane Duarte has been on many cooking shows since she competed on “Top Chef” in 2008. Tonight, she’ll be on television in a new show on the Healthy Cooking Network, called “Cook Your Ass Off”.
The show’s name, thank goodness, seems to have little to do with its premise: Three chef contestants are asked to take a show guest’s favorite food and re-make it into something healthier. You can get a sneak peek at what Duarte, the chef/owner of CulinAriane in Montclair, does to a grilled cheese sandwich by clicking here.
The show airs at 7 p.m. on the former Head Line News channel, which is channel 101 on Verizon Fios.
