Marching Band Festival Steps Out October 6

Verona High School’s Maroon and White Marching Band hosts six other bands from the area on Sunday, October 6, beginning at 1 p.m. on the lower field at VHS. Participating bands include Belleville, West Essex, PassaIc Valley, Glen Ridge, West Orange and West Milford, and the marching and music will continue on into the evening.

The whole community comes out to support this event with parent volunteers, local sponsors, and student participation. Great food and family entertainment at an affordable rate.

Tickets are as follows and are available at the gate:
Adults: $12 each (includes one program per family)
Seniors/Students: $5 each
Children: (12 and under) $3 each
Verona students are free.

The Verona High School Marching Maroon and White is under the direction of Erik Lynch. This year’s theme for Verona’s musical program is from the opera ”Carmen” by Bizet which will be performed not only musically, but visually with choreography.
