Verona’s congressman, Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen, is hosting an event later this month to help high school students and their parents get more information about the various U.S. military academies.
“Academy Night” will be held at Parsippany High School on Monday, April 29, from 7 to 9 p.m. There will be representatives and alumni from the Air Force, Naval, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine academies, as well as West Point. There will a short presentation on each academy and the opportunity to ask lots of questions.
