Coach Pete Foster and the Verona High School Softball team are holding a softball clinic for grades 2 through 8 during the April Spring Break. The clinic will be held at F.N. Brown Elementary School (125 Grove Avenue) on Tuesday, April 23, Wednesday April 24 and Thursday April 25 from noon to 2 p.m. The cost for all three days is $50, which includes a complimentary T-shirt, snacks, and water for all participants. Cost for additional sibling is $45.
The clinic will help teach basic skills to all participants, and will include hitting, fielding and pitching. Participants are separated into Major and Minor leagues based on grade. Minor League is for grades 2 to 5, Major League is for grades 6 to 8.
