The Rotary Club of Montclair is hosting its second annual Taste of Montclair on April 8 at Montclair State University from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. More than 30 restaurants are participating, including Verona-owned CulinAriane, Fin and Salute.
The food this year is expected to include oysters, barbecued chicken and ribs; Italian, Spanish, American, Fusion, French and Southern cuisines; and good old-fashioned American ice cream. Last year’s “Taste of Montclair” raised $28,000 in donations. The event benefits the Human Needs Food Pantry, Toni’s Kitchen and the Salvation Army.
Tickets are $50 and you can buy them through PayPal. Taste of Montclair will be held in Montclair State’s Conference Center in University Hall. Park in Red Hawk Parking Deck and take the free shuttle bus.
