The county is going high tech this year and plans to televise the event by streaming video on its Web site starting at 7 p.m.
Scheduled to bring remarks during the event are Governor Chris Christie, Senate President Stephen Sweeney, Assembly Speaker Sheila Y. Oliver and Newark Mayor Cory Booker.
