Community Montessori Academy has announced times for its 2013 open house season. Families interested in learning more about CMA’s preschool and kindergarten programs for children ages 2-6 years are invited to visit any Tuesday or Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. throughout the months of February and March.
During this visit, parents will receive a tour of the school, see current classes in action, learn about Montessori education philosophies, and have the opportunity to speak directly with Director Elaine Martorelli.

Founded in 1996, Community Montessori Academy began with one classroom and eight children. the school now has four full classrooms teaching children ages 2 to 6. Attending students are from all over the region. The mission of Community Montessori Academy is to provide the highest quality environment, staff and opportunity for each child and family. With CMA’s teachers certified through American Montessori Society accredited programs, the Montessori methods and philosophies practiced at CMA work with each child’s own patterns of development and encourage self-worth, respect and autonomy.
