The price of 1 Old Farm Road has been cut.

It’s a comparatively light weekend for real estate in Verona, which is something of a shame since the New York Times‘ real estate section just decided to shine its big spotlight on us. There are five new listings and seven homes with lower prices, but only one open house.

78 Forest Avenue: 3 bed, 1 bath. Walking distance to elementary school.$374,900.
68 Morningside Road: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Gourmet kitchen, renovated baths. $679,000.

Price Cuts
14 Wedgewood Drive Unit 20: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. Washer/dryer in unit. Price cut again to $135,000.
58 South Prospect Street: 4 beds, 2 baths. Updated roof, windows. Price cut $20,900 to $459,000.
1 Old Farm Road: 3 bed, 3 bath. Quiet cul-de-sac. Central air. Price cut $41,000 to $509,000.
90 South Prospect Street: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Eat-in kitchen opens onto deck. Price cut $20,000 $579,000.
14 Manor Road: 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath. Historic house, fully renovated. Overlooks Verona Park. Price cut by $20,000 to $659,000.
72 Afterglow Avenue: 4 bed, 3 bath. Afterglow section, large deck, paver patio. Price cut again by $48,100 to $649,900.
24 Sunset Avenue: 4 beds, 3 1/2 baths. Side hall colonial in Afterglow section. Price cut $74,000 to $725,000.
