No School, Day Two
Verona public schools will be closed again tomorrow, November 1, because power has not yet been restored to all school buildings. Schools Iffy For Tuesday
Those of you without heat, power or Internet might not want to hear this, but Verona public schools look iffy for Tuesday. Forest Avenue and Laning Avenue elementary schools have power, and H.B. With street after street here littered with broken trees and the majority of Verona homes without power, some folks are asking if Verona should do the same. Halloween is not an official town holiday, so parents are going to [...]

Stay clear of Newman Avenue near the intersection of Wildwood Terrace and Hamilton Road: There are live power lines ablaze in the road. Verona Fire Department on the scene.
Public Schools Closed Monday

Safe Trees, Happy Dogs
We’ve published two stories in the past year that might help you get through the next few days.
