If we are to take Fred Goode at his word, the photos for this week’s Where in Verona contest were shot between graduation parties. So the blur in some of the pictures may or may not be intentional. And he has sent over 10 photos, which means that if you are very, very good (no pun intended) or very confused (much more likely), more than one photo could be released every day to confuse you further.
By this point in the Where In Verona contest, most of you don’t need to be reminded of the rules. But for the newbies, here they are: Put your best guess, along with your real name and real email address into the Comments field below, along with your real guess, of course. The winner gets a signature MyVeronaNJ baseball cap, perfect for gratuitous marketing at the Jersey Shore or summer destination of your choice.

Municipal lot behind Bagelwich/Dominos
Thank you for reminding readers that there is a lot there. We actually have more parking in Verona than we give ourselves credit for. But that’s not where we are this week.
Just the right mix of rocks and leaves….
Henry’s parking lot.
Verona Police Department parking lot
Thank you for your artistic critique. Do you have an actual guess?
Perhaps the parking lot at walgreens? :) (Ah! I remember when it was the Drug fair parkling lot and before that it was an A&P store!) :D
Folks, you’re not going to believe this. Fred took that picture as part of a “Where” on Verona Aluminum, but it is the lot that most people use when they go to Henry’s. So we’re going to give Kevin the win (and the hat) and post the rest of the pictures shortly.
Oh wow!!! Congrats Kevin! Good eye!! I forgot all about that lot.
W00T Kevin!

Are you going on vacation this week ? Calling this a winner on the first day sounds alittle quick to me. I would probably understand if you declared Kevin a winner if the guess was on Friday but that might just be me. I still like the contest and will continue to make guesses and who knows I might win one day.
Unfortunately no vacation. But when somebody guesses the location, we have to declare them the winner. Some weeks have been one on the first guess at only minutes past 6 a.m. Keep trying1
