We are closing in on the weeks of the Where In Verona contest. Yes, that’s right: We’re going to end this contest on its one-year anniversary, to get ready for an even more fiendish competition in the weeks ahead.
Fred Goode is promising to pull out all the stops to make the final weeks of the contest tougher. So tough that not even I have been shown the final shot for this week. That’s right, total lock-down.
So we’re going to have to trust that Fred is still somewhere in Verona. And we’re going to have to trust that you will put your best guess with your real name and real address in the Comments field to win one of our signature MyVeronaNJ baseball caps. And we think you should try to win: It’s entirely possible that Kathleen Seubert has run out of family members to give hats to.
UPDATE: Kathlee Seubert got the correct answer–the Verona Pool–on the third photo. Here are all of Fred Goode’s shots for the week.

Blurry white and green? Fred, what are you doing? I’m wild card guessing here that it’s the Verona Animal Hospital on Grove. (And only because I passed by there yesterday while they were having their bake sale).
Just squint at everything you pass this week. Something will click.
For the record: Not Verona Animal Hospital.
Is the picture upside down?
Hmmm. Don’t know. Turn your computer over and see if it makes more sense.
More random guessing…Congregational Church?
Is that sort of like the Random Dancing set on iCarly? No, not the Congregational Church.
Bahr Lumber?
Nope. That was Week 25. https://myveronanj.com/2011/04/14/where-in-verona-was-it/
Ok, keeping with current news, is it Woody’s HotDog Hut?
No, not Woody’s.
Municipal Parking Lot
I was wondering where you were. No, not the municipal parking lot.
Verona Community Pool
Damn. And we didn’t even get to the flower photos that I thought would give it all away.
For those of you who did not see yesterday’s story, the pool is open tonight 5-9 p.m. and tomorrow 7-9 p.m. because of the heat wave.
