If you’re a cyclist and open to adventure, you may be interested to know that there will be a 25-mile bicycle tour of Newark on Sunday, September 18, led by Mayor Cory A. Booker. The event, which is open to cyclists 15 and older, takes rides past major landmarks in all 5 wards of the city. The tour starts with a bike check at 7 a.m. in front of Newark City Hall, but you can download the application form here.
