South Orange will have the blues big-time on Sunday, September 12. The town is turning Cameron Park and parts of its downtown over to an all-day music event, the first-ever South Orange International Blues Festival. There will be big-name performances at several venues across town, including Colin John, the Reddan Brothers, the One and Nines, and Michael Powers, and the winners of a Blues Battleground competition. The festival starts at 11 a.m. and runs until 8 p.m., and amazingly, it is all free.
