Heads up to those of you who take the #33 into Manhattan: A report in the Montclair Times says that DeCamp Bus Lines drivers are likely to go on strike this Thursday, September 2. The members of Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1317, which represents 100 DeCamp workers, have been without a contract since last September.

UPDATE: The strike is on, as of 5 a.m. Thursday, according to an alert posted on DeCamp’s Web site. New Jersey Transit will not, repeat not, be honoring DeCamp tickets.
