Thank You, Project Graduation Sponsors

We’ve gotten this note from Jane Eliasof, who served on the Verona High School Class of 2010 Project Graduation Committee, along with Barbara Rosenstein, Debra Schenkel, Marcia Paisner, Coleen D’Alessandro, Donna Liquori and Stella Lukas. Project Graduation is an all-night, drug and alcohol-free celebration for graduating seniors; take a look at some of the photos from the event in the slide show below. Here’s what Jane had to say about the event:

The event was a culmination of two years of fund raising and planning.  Although the students and families contributed, this year’s Project Graduation would not have been possible with the contributions of the many organizations and friendly supporters in Verona.  Our town has a great track record of helping each other, and the generosity of the more than two dozen companies and individuals who supported the event are further testimony to that fact.

We would especially like to thank our Gold Level Sponsors, who contributed $500 or more to the event: the Verona Municipal Alliance Committee (VMAC), the Mayor’s Charity Fund, Investors Savings Bank, and Quality Car Care, which generously hosted a car wash day on our behalf.  We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the other organizations for their monetary or in-kind contributions:  Anthony Robert Salon, Arctic Falls, Bagelwich, Brookdale Cleaners, Brushstrokes by Barbara Ann, Dr. and Mrs. Vincent Emiliani, Headworks, Jack’s Café, James Schenkel DDS, Junior Women’s Club, Lakeside Deli & Eight Hills, Main Street Cottage, Mane Place II, Nail Art II, O’Neils Restaurant, Pamper Your Pet, RDD Associates, S.J. Carney Roofing, Trend, Verona Aluminum Products, Verona Carpet Shop, Verona Diner, Verona Pizza, Verona Sports Boosters, and the Verona Women’s Club.
