The weather for the next few days will feel more like the Equator than Verona: According to Weather.com, the temperature is expected to be at or over 100 degrees all week. The National Weather Service has already issued a warning that air quality in our area will approach or exceed unhealthy levels. The Verona Pool is open today through Thursday from noon to 8 p.m., with a 10 p.m. close on Friday, which is when the heat wave is expected to break.
